Ozofryn applies commercial, compliance and operational checks according to the counterparty, product, origin, destination and delivery structure. These checks are part of transaction review and continue where necessary through delivery and close-out.
Counterparty review
Prospective counterparties may be required to provide corporate registration documents, ownership information, authorised signatory details, banking information, trade references and information on the intended transaction. Requirements are determined by risk and applicable law.
Sanctions & trade controls
Transactions are screened against applicable sanctions, trade restrictions and internal acceptance criteria. Ozofryn may request information on product origin, vessel, route, destination, end use and payment chain before proceeding.
Product & operational controls
Product specifications and supporting documents are reviewed against the agreed contract. Inspection, sampling, measurement, delivery records and claims procedures are set according to the transaction and the parties involved.
Health, safety & environment
Marine and cargo operations are expected to comply with the rules of the relevant port, terminal, vessel, transport provider and jurisdiction. Ozofryn works with appointed service providers and counterparties to define responsibilities before execution.
KYC, AML, sanctions & due diligence.
Ozofryn maintains a risk-based compliance framework covering Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions screening and counterparty due diligence.
We are committed to delivering products and services in accordance with applicable quality, health, safety, environmental and marine operational standards. Approved policies, product specifications, Safety Data Sheets and commercial documents are available upon request or where published by Ozofryn.
Information relating to certifications, memberships, storage, logistics, terminal access and supplier relationships is published only where current, verified and appropriately authorised.
