A defined review process.
We review the vessel details, requested grade, quantity, ETA and delivery location before confirming a position. Once commercial terms are agreed, the nomination, delivery arrangements and required product documents are coordinated with the parties involved. Delivery records are checked as part of transaction close-out.
Verified at each stage.
Product specification, sampling, measurement, survey and documentation requirements are agreed for each supply. Independent inspection may be arranged where required by the contract and accepted by the parties.
